Description

Ingredients

- 1 bunch of asparagus (about 1 pound)
- 8 slices of bacon
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Trim the woody ends of the asparagus.
- In a bowl, toss the asparagus with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Wrap each asparagus spear with a slice of bacon, starting at one end and spiraling to the top.
- Place the wrapped asparagus in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the bacon is crispy and the asparagus is tender.
- Remove from the air fryer and let it cool slightly before serving.

- For extra flavor, consider marinating the asparagus in lemon juice before wrapping.
