- 2 pounds baby back ribs
- 1 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
- In a bowl, mix paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper.
- Rub the spice mixture over the ribs evenly.
- Place the ribs in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through for even cooking.
- Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the ribs.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce.
- Remove the ribs and let them rest for a few minutes before slicing.
