Ingredients

  • 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • Wooden or metal skewers

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
  3. Add beef cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Thread beef, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
  5. Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
  7. Remove from air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
