Ingredients

- 1 pound beef sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 bell pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 red onion, cut into 1-inch pieces
- Wooden or metal skewers
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and black pepper.
- Add beef cubes to the marinade and mix well. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
- Thread beef, bell pepper, and onion onto skewers, alternating ingredients.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until beef is cooked to desired doneness.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 2 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For more flavor, marinate the beef for up to 2 hours.
- You can substitute beef with chicken or shrimp.
- Serve with rice or pita for a complete meal.
