Ingredients

- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the tilapia fillets with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each fillet in flour, then dip it in egg, and finally coat it with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the breaded tilapia fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Remove and serve immediately.
Notes
- Serve with lemon wedges for added flavor.
- You can substitute tilapia with other white fish.
