Quick and easy chicken fajitas made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fajita seasoning
- Salt to taste
- Flour tortillas
- Optional toppings: sour cream, guacamole, salsa
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine sliced chicken, bell peppers, onion, olive oil, fajita seasoning, and salt.
- Toss the mixture until everything is evenly coated.
- Place the mixture in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check that the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Warm the flour tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables in tortillas with your choice of toppings.
Notes
- You can substitute chicken with shrimp or beef.
- Adjust the seasoning for different flavor profiles.
- For a smoky flavor, add smoked paprika.
