Quick and easy chicken satay cooked in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger, grated
- Skewers, soaked in water
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger.
- Add chicken strips to the marinade. Coat well and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
- Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check for doneness and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For best flavor, marinate longer if possible.
- Adjust spice level by adding chili powder.
- Serve with cucumber salad or rice.
