Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated
  • Skewers, soaked in water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, garlic powder, and ginger.
  2. Add chicken strips to the marinade. Coat well and let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto soaked skewers.
  5. Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Check for doneness and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
