- 4 cod fish fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 lemon, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the cod fillets dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Brush the mixture evenly over both sides of the cod fillets.
- Place the fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Top each fillet with a slice of lemon.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until the fish is flaky and cooked through.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust the cooking time depending on the thickness of the fillets.
- For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
- Serve with a side of vegetables or rice for a complete meal.
