Quick and flavorful garlic butter shrimp made in an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, juiced
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine melted butter, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add shrimp to the bowl and toss until well coated.
- Place shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once cooked, remove shrimp and drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with parsley.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the butter mixture.
- Serve with crusty bread for dipping.
- Adjust cooking time based on shrimp size.
