Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • Skewers (soaked in water if wooden)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
  3. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Thread the marinated chicken onto skewers.
  5. Place skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway, until chicken is cooked through.
  7. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
