- 4 pork chops, 1 inch thick
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels.
- Rub olive oil over both sides of the pork chops.
- In a bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the pork chops with the spice mixture evenly.
- Place the pork chops in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the spice mix.
- Serve with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
- For thicker chops, adjust cooking time accordingly.
