- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the pork tenderloin into 1-inch medallions.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the pork medallions in the mixture until well coated.
- Arrange the medallions in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
- Pair with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
