Ingredients

- 1 can (14.75 oz) salmon, drained and flaked
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 large egg
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, parsley, egg, mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well incorporated.
- Form the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 5 minutes.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil spray.
- Place the patties in the basket, ensuring they do not touch.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
- Remove and let rest for a minute before serving.
Notes
- For added flavor, incorporate diced bell peppers or capers.
- Serve with a side of tartar sauce or lemon wedges.
- You can substitute fresh herbs for dried ones if fresh is unavailable.
