Ingredients

- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
- 1/2 cup pico de gallo
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Place the seasoned shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with cabbage, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges on the side.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For spicier tacos, add diced jalapeños.
- Consider adding avocado slices for creaminess.
- Serve immediately for best texture.
