Ingredients

  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cabbage, finely shredded
  • 1/2 cup pico de gallo
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 1 lime, cut into wedges

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  3. Place the seasoned shrimp in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  4. Cook shrimp for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Meanwhile, warm the tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat.
  6. Assemble the tacos by placing shrimp on tortillas and topping with cabbage, pico de gallo, and cilantro.
  7. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
