Ingredients

- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine steak cubes, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss until the steak is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned steak bites in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for desired doneness (medium-rare is about 135°F/57°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- For more flavor, marinate the steak for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Experiment with different spices like cumin or chili powder.
- Serve with dipping sauces such as chimichurri or garlic aioli.
