Description

Quick and flavorful stuffed jalapenos made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 10 large jalapenos
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cooked bacon, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cut jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place stuffed jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and jalapenos are tender.
  7. Remove and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the amount of bacon for desired flavor intensity.
  • For a spicier version, leave some seeds in the jalapenos.
