Description

Quick and delicious air fryer turkey burgers cooked in just 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 whole wheat burger buns
  • 4 slices of your choice cheese
  • Fresh lettuce and tomato for topping

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, garlic, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until just combined; do not overmix.
  3. Form the mixture into four equal patties.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Place the patties in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  7. Add cheese slices in the last minute of cooking to melt.
  8. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes.
  9. Assemble burgers with buns, lettuce, and tomato.
  10. Serve immediately.
