Description

Quick and easy turkey meatballs made in an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp dried oregano

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
  2. Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
  3. Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
  4. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  5. Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Try adding different herbs for variation.
  • Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
