Description
Quick and easy turkey meatballs made in an air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, onion powder, salt, pepper, and oregano.
- Mix until just combined. Do not overmix.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place meatballs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Try adding different herbs for variation.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- These meatballs freeze well for future meals.
