Description
Quick and crispy air fryer veggie egg rolls made in 15 minutes.
Ingredients

- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup bean sprouts
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 package egg roll wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, bean sprouts, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
- Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
- Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center of the wrapper.
- Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll it tightly to seal.
- Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
- Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add chili flakes to the filling.
- Experiment with different veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms.
- Pair with sweet and sour sauce for added flavor.
