Quick and crispy air fryer veggie egg rolls made in 15 minutes.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 package egg roll wrappers
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, green onions, bean sprouts, soy sauce, and sesame oil.
  2. Lay an egg roll wrapper on a flat surface.
  3. Spoon 2 tablespoons of filling onto the center of the wrapper.
  4. Fold the bottom of the wrapper over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll it tightly to seal.
  5. Repeat with remaining wrappers and filling.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  7. Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching.
  8. Spray the egg rolls lightly with cooking spray.
  9. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  10. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add chili flakes to the filling.
  • Experiment with different veggies like bell peppers or mushrooms.
