- 6 large eggs
- 1 cup spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
- Add chopped spinach, bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
- Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes until the frittata is set.
- Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Experiment with different vegetables as per your preference.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
