Description

A quick and easy air fryer veggie frittata perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1/2 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1/4 cup onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, whisk the eggs and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chopped spinach, bell pepper, onion, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese to the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased air fryer-safe pan.
  5. Cook in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes until the frittata is set.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
