- 1 cup of self-rising flour
- 1/4 cup of butter, softened
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese and softened butter until smooth.
- Gradually add the self-rising flour and mix until a dough forms.
- Shape the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use full-fat cream cheese.
- These biscuits are best served warm.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
