- 2 cups rolled oats
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 large apple, diced
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond milk, diced apple, brown sugar, cinnamon, salt, and vanilla extract.
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are well incorporated.
- Grease a muffin tin that fits in your air fryer.
- Spoon the oatmeal mixture into each muffin cup, filling them about 3/4 full.
- If using, sprinkle chopped nuts on top of each cup.
- Place the muffin tin in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute almond milk with any milk of your choice.
- Try adding raisins or cranberries for extra flavor.
- Experiment with different nuts or seeds for added texture.
