Crispy air fryer apple pie taquitos filled with sweet apple filling.
Ingredients

- 4 small flour tortillas
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the apple mixture in the center of each tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling.
- Brush each taquito with melted butter and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Arrange the taquitos in the air fryer basket without overlapping.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
