- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon green onions, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, honey, garlic, ginger, and black pepper to create the marinade.
- Place chicken fillets in the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator.
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Remove chicken from the marinade and let excess drip off.
- Place the chicken fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overlap.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

- You can adjust the marinade’s sweetness by increasing or decreasing honey.
