- 4 large eggs

Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Cut the avocados in half and remove the pit.
- Scoop out a small portion of the flesh to create more space for the egg.
- Place the avocado halves in the air fryer basket.
- Crack an egg into each avocado half.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- If using, sprinkle cheese on top.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the egg whites are set.
- Garnish with chopped herbs before serving.
