- 1 cup almond flour

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut avocados in half, remove the pit, and scoop out the flesh. Cut into fry shapes.
- In a bowl, combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each avocado fry first into the egg, then into the almond flour mixture, ensuring an even coating.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the coated fries in a single layer in the basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the flour mixture.
