- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice each half into wedges.
- In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
- Dip each avocado slice into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated avocado slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add cayenne pepper to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve with a dipping sauce like ranch or spicy mayo.
