- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the mashed bananas with melted butter.
- Add the sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture. Stir until just combined.
- Spoon the batter into silicone muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Place the muffin cups in the air fryer basket. Cook for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let the muffins cool before serving.
