Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Toss the salmon pieces in the sauce until well-coated.
  4. Dredge the coated salmon pieces in panko breadcrumbs.
  5. Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  6. Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  7. Serve with extra bang bang sauce on the side.
