Crispy and flavorful air fryer bang bang salmon bites.
Ingredients

- 1 lb salmon fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, lime juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Toss the salmon pieces in the sauce until well-coated.
- Dredge the coated salmon pieces in panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the salmon bites in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve with extra bang bang sauce on the side.
