- 2 chicken fillets (about 6 oz each)
- 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken fillets with the spice mixture evenly.
- Place the chicken fillets in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Brush BBQ sauce on both sides of the chicken fillets.
- Cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
