  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a second bowl, place the beaten eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with grated Parmesan cheese if using.
  5. Dip each mushroom in the flour mixture, then in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  6. Arrange the breaded mushrooms in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown and crispy.
