Description
Crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts with bacon or olive oil.
Ingredients

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 4 slices bacon, chopped or 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- If using bacon, place chopped bacon in a bowl with Brussels sprouts. If using olive oil, drizzle it over the sprouts.
- Add salt and black pepper. Toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange Brussels sprouts in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Try adding garlic or parmesan for additional flavor.
