- 1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper to form a batter.
- Dip each cauliflower floret in the batter and shake off excess.
- Place the battered florets in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden brown.
- In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce and melted butter.
- Toss the cooked cauliflower wings in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return to the air fryer for an additional 5 minutes to set the sauce.
- Serve immediately with your choice of dipping sauce.

- For extra crispiness, you can spray the wings with cooking spray before air frying.
