Ingredients

- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dip cauliflower florets into the batter, ensuring they’re coated.
- Place the coated cauliflower in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- In a separate bowl, toss the cooked cauliflower with buffalo sauce and olive oil.
- Return the cauliflower to the air fryer and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- Adjust the spice level of the buffalo sauce to your preference.
- For a vegan option, use a plant-based flour.
