- 1 medium head of cauliflower, riced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Rice the cauliflower using a food processor or box grater.
- Steam the riced cauliflower for 5 minutes until tender, then drain excess moisture.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the riced cauliflower, cheddar cheese, almond flour, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Mix until fully combined.
- Form the mixture into small tot shapes.
- Place the tots in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden brown, flipping halfway through.
- Remove and serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegan version, substitute cheese with nutritional yeast and eggs with flax eggs.
- Experiment with different cheese varieties for unique flavors.
