Ingredients

- 10 fresh jalapeno peppers
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp smoked paprika
- Salt to taste
- Panko breadcrumbs for coating
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut the jalapenos in half lengthwise and remove seeds.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
- Stuff each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture.
- Coat each stuffed jalapeno with panko breadcrumbs.
- Place stuffed jalapenos in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, leave some seeds in the jalapenos.
- Experiment with different cheese types like pepper jack or gouda.
- Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing for dipping.
