Description
Air fryer cheese stuffed meatballs made with ground beef and melty cheese.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, milk, egg, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Take a small amount of the mixture and flatten it in your hand.
- Place a cube of mozzarella cheese in the center and wrap the meat around it to form a ball.
- Repeat until all meat mixture is used.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add crushed red pepper flakes to the meat mixture.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
- Garnish with fresh basil or parsley for presentation.
