A delicious recipe for air fryer chicken cordon bleu.
Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 4 slices of ham
- 4 slices of Swiss cheese
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
- Place a slice of ham and cheese on each chicken breast.
- Fold the chicken over to enclose the filling.
- Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken in the basket and spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and cooked through.

- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- Serve with a side salad or vegetables.
