Crispy and juicy air fryer chicken fingers made with seasoned breadcrumbs.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 eggs, beaten
Instructions
- Marinate chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, place beaten eggs.
- In a third bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.
- Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place chicken fingers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crunch, double bread the chicken.
- Experiment with different spices in the breadcrumb mix.
- Serve with a side of coleslaw for a complete meal.
