Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken breast, cut into strips
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs, beaten

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken strips in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  3. In one bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. In another bowl, place beaten eggs.
  5. In a third bowl, add panko breadcrumbs.
  6. Dredge each chicken strip in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  7. Place chicken fingers in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
  8. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
  9. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
