Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, parmesan, parsley, garlic, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overwork the meat.
- Form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs in a single layer in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Check internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (74°C).
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
