- 1 zucchini, sliced
- 1 red onion, quartered

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add the diced chicken to the marinade. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto the skewers, alternating as desired.
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the skewers in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender.
- Remove from air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
