Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Set up a breading station: one plate for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with spices.
- Dip each chicken strip into flour, shaking off excess.
- Coat the floured chicken in the egg mixture.
- Finally, roll the chicken in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to adhere.
- Arrange the chicken tenders in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Spray the chicken lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving.
