- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine chicken wings and olive oil.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crispiness.
- Check for an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) using a meat thermometer.
- Remove wings and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy wings, increase cooking time by 5 minutes.
- Experiment with different sauces after cooking, such as buffalo or BBQ.
- Consider garnishing with chopped green onions or sesame seeds for presentation.
