Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  2. Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

  • For spicier chicken, add cayenne pepper to the marinade.
