Ingredients

- 4 chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix lime juice, olive oil, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken breasts in a resealable bag and pour marinade over them. Seal and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Remove chicken from marinade and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Remove chicken and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
Notes
- For spicier chicken, add cayenne pepper to the marinade.
- Serve with lime wedges for extra flavor.
- Pair with a side of roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
