Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup of melted butter
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed bananas and sugar.
  3. Add melted butter, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together baking soda, salt, flour, and cocoa powder.
  5. Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan that fits in your air fryer.
  8. Cook in the air fryer for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let it cool for 10 minutes before removing from the pan.
  10. Slice and serve warm or at room temperature.
