Instructions

- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar, continuing to beat until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the coconut mixture until just combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
- Using a cookie scoop, form balls with the mixture and place them in the air fryer basket, leaving space between each macaroon.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool completely on a wire rack.
