- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 6 oz crab meat, drained
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 package of wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and soy sauce.
- Mix until well blended.
- Lay out wonton wrappers on a clean surface.
- Place a teaspoon of the filling in the center of each wrapper.
- Moisten the edges with water and fold the wrapper to form a triangle.
- Press the edges to seal tightly.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the crab rangoon in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 5-7 minutes, until golden brown and crispy.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add Sriracha to the filling.
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
- Experiment with different seafood or vegetables in the filling.
