Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into strips
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat chicken strips in the breadcrumb mixture.
  4. Place chicken strips in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy.
  6. Warm tortillas in a pan or microwave.
  7. In a bowl, combine lettuce, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan cheese.
  8. Fill each tortilla with the lettuce mixture and crispy chicken.
  9. Wrap tightly and serve.
