Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread the rinsed chickpeas on a clean kitchen towel and pat dry.
- In a bowl, combine chickpeas, olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Add the chickpeas to the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for desired crispiness and continue cooking if necessary.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.

- For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
- Experiment with different spices like cumin or curry powder for variation.
