Ingredients

- 2 medium cucumbers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash and slice cucumbers thinly, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a bowl, toss cucumber slices with olive oil, sea salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well coated.
- Arrange the cucumber slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
- Check for desired crispiness; air fry longer if needed.
- Remove chips and let cool on a wire rack to maintain crispiness.
Notes
- Experiment with different spices for flavor variations.
- Store leftover chips in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
- For a spicy kick, add cayenne pepper to the seasoning mix.
