Description
Crispy air fryer deviled eggs with a flavorful filling.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped chives
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
- Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
- Remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath for 5 minutes to stop the cooking process.
- Peel the eggs gently and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
- Sprinkle with smoked paprika and chives for garnish.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add a dash of hot sauce to the filling.
- Experiment with different herbs for unique flavors.
- Consider using flavored mayonnaise for added depth.
