Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 270°F (130°C).
  2. Place the eggs in the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes.
  3. Remove the eggs and place them in an ice bath for 5 minutes to stop the cooking process.
  4. Peel the eggs gently and slice them in half lengthwise.
  5. Remove the yolks and place them in a mixing bowl.
  6. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  7. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or spoon.
  8. Sprinkle with smoked paprika and chives for garnish.
